I am Emilie Sutton founder of LillyB Counselling Services.
When life gives you lemons as all they always say is to make best lemonade from them. That is my metephor for all my clients-past, present and those to come.
I am here to stand tall with you through your struggles and everyday barriers.
Counselling is scarey I get that! It is tough to open and engage with a complete stranger about your weaknesses. I am here to provide a safe, comforting and supportive space and time for you to explore these difficulties.
I graduated from Yorkville University from their Counselling Psychology Masters Program and also have my undergrad degree from Western University in Criminology.
I have been working with many individuals through trauma, grief, fears and PTSD stemming from motor vehicle accidents over the last two year.
My other areas of focus include anxiety, depression, loss, grief, life transitions, suicidal ideation/self-harm, bullying, anger, relationship difficulties, chronic pain and more.
Out of the darkest spheres of life come the most beautiful rainbows and I'm here to listen and talk about these times.
I am as open and honest with my clients as possible- as this is essential in developing our therapeutic relationship in the most honest way.
